Steel windowsills
DESCRIPTION
Outside steel windowsills are made out of highest quality raw and coated steel sheets made by ACELOR MITTAL co. When manufactured, there is a lot of attention drawn to chemical processing of each element. All windowsills, before they are powder coated, are processed according to the character of the detail. It ensures long life and functionality of our products. All windowsills are protected from corrosion and resistant to UV rays and weather factors (humidity, temperature).
Steel windowsills made of originally coated sheets or powder coated in any RAL color.
Are made of steel sheet coated with polyester paint during manufacturing process in steel mill or made of raw steel sheet powder coated into any chosen color. Windowsills are protected by a coat of zinc (prevents corrosion) and polyester paint. Additionally they are protected with protective foil (polyethylene). On demand, they can also be painted with structural powder coating.

Sills made of steel sheet veneered with PVC wooden-look foil during manufacturing in steel mill. Protected by a coat of zinc (prevents corrosion) and aforementioned wooden-look foil, resistant to weather and UV rays. They are additionally protected by polyethylene foil. Thanks to a special technology during manufacturing process, edge of the windowsill is rounded what significantly improves appearance.

Finishes for steel windowsills
We offer finishes (plugs, caps) made of PVC (dyed in the mass), in standard colors matched to steel windowsills’ colors. In case of ordered sills in RAL color, we commission production of adequate number of finishes resulting from the number of ordered sills and made in the same color.
Joint for sills
Universal product made for joining outside windowsills cut straight or in 90 degrees. There is a possibility of ordering this product in any RAL color.
